No wife of noble character can be found upon first sight or a particular instance or with I-will-look-really-hard syndrome

With time, suffering, sacrifice and insert a-whole-bunch-of-other-character-building-adjectives after meeting, then eventually you get to 77% of what is described in Proverbs 31: 10 - 31
