Salary: $47,640 - $50,559 p.a. (pro-rata) plus employer superannuation contributions of 9%

This is a live-in residential position, with an associated rental agreement. The Lead Tenant fosters and maintains a suppportive environment for tenants in one of the Student Housing Program (SHAP) properties, which primarily supports first-year students from rural and interstate areas. The position acts as a liaison between the SHAP property and Student Housing Services. The Lead Tenant models and promotes a positive share-house living experience within the household.
