Set in Mount Dandenong among acres of lush gardens is one of Victoria’s leading Wedding Venues.

Tatra Receptions is seeking a dedicated candidate to fulfill their casual Wedding Coordinator. This role is vital to the success of the business and thus requires a committed and enthusiastic candidate.

The duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:
•Organising and Coordinating all facets of the function
•Supervising, leading and motivating staff
•Meeting and communicating with clients ensuring their requirements are met
•Ensure customer service standards are met
•Following specific instructions and time sheets
•Conduct master of ceremonies duties
•Flexibility to work nights and weekends
•Perform master of ceremony duties

Successful candidate must have:
•Great organizational skills
•Ability to work under pressure
•Attention to detail
•Mature minded
•Hands on approach
•Ability to motivate others
•Superb time management skills
•A passion for customer service
•Previous experience in the events industry an advantage

This is a casual position and requires flexible working hours including night and weekend work.
