I was getting all excited about exchange to The College of Arts & Sciences (University of Pennsylvania) BUT i just found out..
Melbourne University doesn't have a partnership with the fourth-oldest institution in the US and ivy league ...
instead.. it had a partnership with Pennsylvania State University gah honestly... they are so closely related in name *sob*

Have you had a look at the uni exchange website?
They have a list of partner institutions.

If you want to go to an English-speaking country, don't discount Canada! There are also some English speaking universities in Europe - like the Netherlands and Sweden/Norway. It's worth checking out!
