Entries for Lights! Camera! Shorts! 2009 The City of Monash's fourth annual Youth Film Festival are now open with selected films being screened at Village Cinemas in Glen Waverley on Wednesday September 16th. The guidelines for the festival are listed below.

Film entries must be:
- Less than 15 minutes
- Submitted by filmmakers under the age of 25 years who live, work, study or play in the City of Monash
- Free from sensationalising or promotion of unsafe or inappropriate behaviour
- Submitted in DV or DVD format by the deadline - 26th August 2009
- We strongly encourage entrants to provide at least one high-resolution digital film still or cast photo for publicity
